Do you offer collection?

Now we don’t offer official collection, we appreciate some items are quite large to post and certainly considering a way to do it in the future.

 

Where are you based?

We are based in the club but are separate to the club shop.

What are your delivery times?

We offer two methods of delivery.

Express Shipping (1 to 2 business days)

Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days)

(Please note : some signed items can take longer due to access to the players, however we endeavor to get the items to you on time!)

For items over £100 we offer free shipping to all UK Customers

 

Do you ship items abroad?

Due to Brexit rules at the moment we are limited to where we can send items.

How do I know this item is signed by the players?

We take extreme care in making sure all signed items are authentic and personally signed by the players or staff members – you can find out more here.

 

How can I tell what condition my item is in?

If you are buying a clothing item from our Retro Collection and are unsure at the condition, follow this guide. 

Good – Item is not brand new, but no wear/tear or marks.

Okay – Item is not brand new, has a wear and tear or marks.

Poor – Item has sufficient wear and tear, usually reduced.

 

Can I get a refund?

For any queries regarding a faulty item or you are not satisfied.
